It is hereby informed to all the students of First Year (Second Semester) that, after completion of the upgradation process for the Academic Session 2025–26, some seats are likely to remain vacant in the following branches:
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Mechanical Engineering (ME)
Students who are presently studying in First Year (Second Semester) and are being promoted to Second Year, and who are interested in changing their branch from their existing branch to either of the above-mentioned branches, may submit their request/application on plain paper in the Dean’s Office (Admin Block) latest by May 11, 2026.
The Institute shall forward all such requests/applications to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University for further consideration and necessary action.
