NOTICE
As notified by the Institute the 1st round of Counselling/Admissions for B.Tech Programs was conducted on Friday, 01 September 2023, strictly on the merit based on aggregate percentage of class 12th scored by the students reported for admission. After verification of documents the seats were allotted in a very transparent manner and the entire counselling session was conducted as per G.G.S.I.P.U. rule and regulations at the end of the counselling held on Friday, 01 September 2023. The status of the vacancies in B.Tech Programs is 30 (22 + 8*) (Thirty) as per the below chart of conversion which has already been uploaded on the website of the Institute.

The 30 (22 + 8*) vacant seats in B.Tech Program will be filled during 2nd round of counseling which will held on Saturday, 2nd September 2023 after 2.00 PM. In case the reserved category students will not report by 1.00 PM, then the Institute will convert the reserved seats to unreserved along with the Seats which may remain vacant due to nonpayment of the Institute fee or withdrawal against the allotted seat and the same will be filed based on merit only.
