Important Instructions to be followed for Registration:

 

  1. Newly Admitted students will be issued Students’ files in the respective allotted Rooms.
  2. After collecting the file, they (along with their parents) will take their seats in the allotted room to fill the same.
  3. After completing the file in all respects, the student will proceed to the faculty member available on the help desk in the allotted room for registration and cross verification on the Central Help Desk in Block-7 (R. No. 751/755).
  4. After cross verification of the documents and signature of the faculty member on the file, the student will leave when the registration process is over.
  5. Students are requested to maintain decorum and keep patience for their turn during their stay in the Institute.

  1. ADMIT CARD OF JEE MAINS-2023 FOR B.TECH.
  2. COPY OF RESULT SHOWING JEE MAINS-2023 RANK FOR B.TECH.
  3. ADMIT CARD OF CET-2023 (PHOTOCOPY) FOR BBA.
  4. COPY OF RESULT SHOWING CET-2023 RANK FOR BBA.
  5. SEAT ALLOTMENT LETTER.
  6. REGISTRATION FEES RECEIPT (RS. 1500/-).
  7. REGISTRATION FEES RECEIPT FOR ONLINE COUNSELLING (RS. 1000/-).
  8. ACADEMIC FEE RECIEPT (RS. 60,000/)
  9. 10TH CLASS MARKSHEET AND PASSING CERTIFICATE
  10. 12TH CLASS MARKSHEET AND PASSING CERTIFICATE
  11. CHARACTER CUM PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE
  12. CASTE CERTIFICATE (IF APPLICABLE)
  13. MIGRATION CERTIFICATE
  14. GAP YEAR AFFIDAVIT (IF APPLICABLE) AS PRESCRIBED IN THE ADMISSION BROCHURE PROVIDED BY GGSIP UNIVERSITY.
  15. SIX RECENT PHOTOGRAPHS (SIZE 5 INCH X 2 INCH) IN COLOURED SHOWING FRONTEL VIEW OF FULL FACE WITH WHITE BACKGROUND IS REQUIRED ( BLACK & WHITE PHOTOGRAPH WITH COLOURD OR DARK GLASSES DARK BACKGROUND, POLAROID PRINTS OR COMPUTER PRINTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED)
  16. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE AS PRESCRIBED IN THE ADMISSION BROCHURE PROVIDED BY GGSIP UNIVERSITY.
  17. COPY OF AADHAR CARD.
  18. COPY OF PAN CARD.
  19. UNDERTAKING BY THE STUDENTS WITH RESPECT TO ANTI RAGGING (AS PRESCRIBED IN THE ADMISSION BROCHURE PROVIDED BY GGSIP UNIVERSITY)
  20. UNDERTAKING BY THE PARENTS WITH RESPECT TO ANTI RAGGING (AS PRESCRIBED IN THE ADMISSION BROCHURE PROVIDED BY GGSIP UNIVERSITY)
  21. RECEIPT OF THE REMAINNING ACADEMIC FEE PAID TO MAIT
  1. For B. Tech: RS 1,13,900/- (Total Fees Rs. 1,73,900 out of which the part Amount was paid online to GGSIPU. Rs. 60,000)
  2. For BBA: RS 79,800/- (Total Fees Rs. 1,39,800 out of which the part Amount was paid online to GGSIPU Rs. 60,000)

FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2023-24. PART ACADEMIC FEE IS TO BE PAID THROUGH ONLINE FEE PORTAL AT http://www.mait.ac.in  {Tab – “PAY FEE ONLINE” THEN CLICK “FEE PAYMENT LINK FOR NEW STUDENTADMITTED IN 2023-24”} (ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE CHARGED FROM THE STUDENT’S SUBJECT TO REVISION OF THE FEES AS PER DEPARTMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION, GOVT. OF DELHI /GGSIPU IF ANY)
