REGISTRATION OF STUDENTS ADMITTED IN B.TECH (1ST SEMESTER) FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2023-24

 

VENUE   :     MAHARAJA AGRASEN AUDITORIUM       

DATE      :     August 21 to 22, 2023  

TIME       :     10:00 AM – 04:00 PM

VENUE   :     BLOCK-1 (ROOM NO. 131-132)     

DATE      :     August 23 to 24, 2023

TIME       :    10:00 AM – 04:00 PM

 

Important Instructions to be followed for Registration:

 

  1. Newly Admitted students will be issued Students’ files in the Maharaja Agrasen Auditorium/Block-1.
  2. After collecting the file and Token number, they (along with their parents) will take their seats in the Maharaja Agrasen Auditorium for filling the same.
  3. After completing the file in all respects the student will precede as per his/her token number to the faculty member available on the help desk for registration and cross verification on the stage/Block-1 (R.No. 131-132).
  4. After cross verification of the documents and signature of the faculty member on the file, the student will leave the Auditorium/Block-1 (R.No. 131-132) as the registration process is over.
  5. Students are requested to maintain decorum and keep patience for their turn during their stay in the Maharaja Agrasen Auditorium/ Block-1 (R.No. 131-132)..

  1. ADMIT CARD OF JEE MAINS-2023
  2. COPY OF RESULT SHOWING JEE MAINS-2023 RANK.
  3. SEAT ALLOTMENT LETTER
  4. REGISTRATION FEES RECEIPT (RS. 1500/-).
  5. REGISTRATION FEES RECEIPT FOR ONLINE COUNSELLING (RS. 1000/-).
  6. ACADEMIC FEE RECIEPT (RS. 60,000/)
  7. 10TH CLASS MARKSHEET AND PASSING CERTIFICATE
  8. 12TH CLASS MARKSHEET AND PASSING CERTIFICATE
  9. CHARACTER CUM PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE
  10. CASTE CERTIFICATE (IF APPLICABLE)
  11. MIGRATION CERTIFICATE
  12. GAP YEAR AFFIDAVIT (IF APPLICABLE) AS PRESCRIBED IN THE ADMISSION BROCHURE PROVIDED BY GGSIP UNIVERSITY.
  13. SIX RECENT PHOTOGRAPHS (SIZE 1.5 INCH X 2 INCH) IN COLOURED SHOWING FRONTEL VIEW OF FULL FACE WITH WHITE BACKGROUND IS REQUIRED ( BLACK & WHITE PHOTOGRAPH WITH COLOURD OR DARK GLASSES DARK BACKGROUND, POLAROID PRINTS OR COMPUTER PRINTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED)
  14. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE AS PRESCRIBED IN THE ADMISSION BROCHURE PROVIDED BY GGSIP UNIVERSITY.
  15. COPY OF AADHAR CARD.
  16. COPY OF PAN CARD.
  17. UNDERTAKING BY THE STUDENT WITH RESPECT TO ANTI RAGGING IS TO BE FILLED AND SUBMIT THE PRINTOUT OF THE SAME USING THE BELOW LINK: https://antiragging.in/affidavit_registration_disclaimer.html
  1. UNDERTAKING BY THE PARENTS WITH RESPECT TO ANTI RAGGING (AS PRESCRIBED IN THE ADMISSION BROCHURE PROVIDED BY GGSIP UNIVERSITY)
  2. RECEIPT OF THE REMAINNING ACADEMIC FEE PAID TO MAIT  OF  RS 1,13,900/- (Total Fees Rs. 1,73,900 out of which the part Amount was paid online to GGSIPU. Rs. 60,000) FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2023-24.
