Tech First-Year Students Based on past years' experience, the Institute has initiated the early fee submission process for the students studying in First year for the Academic Session 2025-26. This step is necessary to determine the exact number of seats that will remain vacant in the second year for the batch admitted in 2024-25. Vacancies may arise due to students withdrawing admissions, discontinuing their studies, or opting to change their college/university based on their JEE Mains 2025 or other exam results. To facilitate this process, all first-year students are required to submit their institute fees for the Academic Session 2025-26 by March 15, 2025. If the fees are not submitted by this deadline, it will be assumed that you are not interested in continuing your studies, and your name will be removed from the student list for further classes. Important Points to Noted: Admission Withdrawal: If you plan to leave the institute for any reason (e.g., withdrawal of admission, discontinuing studies, or transferring to another institution), submit an admission withdrawal letter to the Registrar's Office before the fee submission deadline. No refunds will be provided once the fees are submitted. Consequences of Late Withdrawal: If the admission withdrawal letter is submitted after the due date and fee submission for 2nd year, the seat will remain vacant for the next two academic years. In such cases, you will be required to pay the institute fees for those two years to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) or any other relevant documents. Mandatory Fee Payment for Upgradation: It is mandatoryfor students who wish to apply for upgradationbased on their first-semester results to pay the institute fees before submitting the Upgradation Form. We urge all first-year students to adhere to the above instructions and complete the necessary formalities by the stipulated deadline. Institute fees of Rs. 1,74,000/- is to be paid only through Pay Fee Online portal available on mait.ac.in. Note for B.Tech (2nd Semester) students: For any queries regarding Institute fee submission, feel free to meet the Accounts Department (Admin Block-R.No. A-01) or meet the Dean, MAIT (Admin Block-R.No. A-14) in person between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM on all working days.
