Notice

Subject: Schedule of special classes along with the list of 1st-Year B.Tech (admitted after Special Round) and 2nd-Year B.Tech-Lateral Entry (admitted after Spot-I/Spot-II Round) Students.

This communication is to inform you about the upcoming Mid-Term Examinations for 1st-Year B.Tech (admitted through Special Round) and 2nd-Year B.Tech-Lateral Entry (admitted through Spot-I/Spot-II Round) students. Please take note of the following important information:

1. The list of students from B.Tech 1st semester and LE-B.Tech 3rd semester who are affected and admitted late as mentioned above is attached to this notice.
2. Special classes will be conducted from November 2 to November 9, 2023, to prepare the affected students for the Mid-Term Examinations. The detailed timetable for these classes is also attached.
3. Any student who wishes to appear in these exams should make the necessary preparations. For more details regarding the examination schedule, please refer to the attached timetable.
4. In the event that you do not choose to appear in the Mid-Term Examinations, you will be required to appear in the supplementary exams. These supplementary exams are scheduled to take place in the first week of December 2023. Detailed information regarding these exams will be provided in a subsequent notice.

Please make sure to review the attached lists and timetable (available on the Institute website) and prepare accordingly to attend the classes.
