DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF REPORTING FOR NEWLY ADMITTED STUDENTS BY GGSIPU FOR BBA PROGRAME 2024-25

DOCUMENT’S REQUIRED IN ORIGINAL FOR CROSS VERIFICATION DURING REGISTRATION & ONE SETS OF SELF ATTESTED COPIES TO BE DEPOSITED IN THE INSTITUTE


Please note the following before filling out the Online Registration Form and pay the remaining academic fee of the Institute:


Verify the final seat allotment after the declaration of the result of the sliding round if not freeze prior.


  1. ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM- Supported web browser - Google Chrome (IT IS MANDATORY TO FILL THE FORM AND BRING THE PRINTOUT OF THE SAME AT THE TIME OF REPORTING IN THE INSTITUTE).
  2. ADMIT CARD OF CET-2024 (PHOTOCOPY)
  3. COPY OF RESULT SHOWING CET-2024 RANK.
  4. ALLOTMENT LETTER
  5. REGISTRATION FEES RECEIPT (RS. 1500/-) if any.
  6. REGISTRATION FEES RECEIPT FOR ONLINE COUNSELLING (RS. 1000/-) if any.
  7. ACADEMIC FEE RECIEPT (RS. 96,000/)
  8. 10TH CLASS MARKSHEET AND PASSING CERTIFICATE
  9. 12TH CLASS MARKSHEET AND PASSING CERTIFICATE
  10. CHARACTER CUM PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE
  11. CASTE CERTIFICATE (IF APPLICABLE)
  12. MIGRATION CERTIFICATE
  13. GAP YEAR AFFIDAVIT (IF APPLICABLE) AS PRESCRIBED IN THE ADMISSION BROCHURE PROVIDED BY G.G.S.I.P. UNIVERSITY.
  14. SIX RECENT PHOTOGRAPHS (SIZE 1.5 INCH X 2 INCH) IN COLOURED SHOWING FRONTEL VIEW OF FULL FACE WITH WHITE BACKGROUND IS REQUIRED (BLACK & WHITE PHOTOGRAPH WITH COLOURD OR DARK GLASSES DARK BACKGROUND, POLAROID PRINTS OR COMPUTER PRINTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED)
  15. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE AS PRESCRIBED IN THE ADMISSION BROCHURE PROVIDED BY G.G.S.I.P. UNIVERSITY.
  16. COPY OF AADHAR CARD.
  17. COPY OF PAN CARD.
  18. UNDERTAKING BY THE STUDENT WITH RESPECT TO ANTI RAGGING IS TO BE FILLED AND SUBMIT THE PRINTOUT OF THE SAME USING THE LINK:  https://antiragging.in/affidavit_registration_disclaimer.html
  19. UNDERTAKING BY THE PARENTS WITH RESPECT TO ANTI RAGGING (AS PRESCRIBED IN THE ADMISSION BROCHURE PROVIDED BY G.G.S.I.P. UNIVERSITY)
  20. RECEIPT OF THE REMAINNING ACADEMIC FEE PAID AT MAIT OF RS 55,300/- (Total Fees Rs. 1,51,300 out of which the part Amount was paid online to GGSIPU Rs. 96,000) FOR BBA STUDENT’S FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2024-25. REMAINNING ACADEMIC FEE IS TO BE PAID EITHER THROUGH ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM OR THROUGH PAY ORDER/DD IN FAVOUR OF MAHARAJA AGRASEN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, PAYABLE AT DELHI (ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE CHARGED FROM THE STUDENT’S SUBJECT TO REVISION OF THE FEES AS PER DEPARTMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION, GOVT. OF DELHI /GGSIPU IF ANY).
