REVISED NOTICE

Hon’ble High Court of Delhi has delivered judgment on 28^th January, 2019 in LPA 733/2017, CM Nos. 41569-41574/2017 & 9883/2018 regarding fixation of tuition fees for the Academic year 2015-16.

In compliance the judgment of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Institute will be charging the recommended fees from the students admitted in 2015-16 for their degree programme.  The Institute has charged tuition fee from the student admitted in Academic year 2015-16 of Rs. 86,250/- per annum, whereas as per the above decision of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi a student is supposed to submit tuition fee of Rs. 97,700/- per annum. Now, the students have to pay the difference of the tuition fee for four years which comes to Rs 45,800/- per student. (Rs. 97700 - Rs. 86250 = Rs. 11450) i.e. Rs. 11450 x 4 = Rs. 45800/-

The GGSIP University contribution of Rs. 2000/- per year which amounts to Rs. 8000/- (Rs. 2000 x 4) may be paid directly to the GGSIP University on demand. 

All the students of final year are hereby directed to deposit their arrear i.e. difference of tuition fee latest by 25^th March, 2019.

Any student who is unable to pay the hiked fee due to any financial problems can approach the Director or Dean with appropriate evidence and a lenient view will be taken for the same.
