NOTICE

Subject: Advisory Regarding COVID-19 for all functionaries for smooth conduct of Examination.

Conducting Exams is a hassle-free manner ensuring safety and security of all functionaries needs cooperation of all. Several norms need to be followed for the smooth conduct.

The timings for entry of students at Gate Number 1 will be as follows:

B.Tech. (CSE) Final Year : 9:15 a.m.

B.Tech. (IT & MBA) Final Year : 9:30 a.m.

B.Tech. (EEE & MAE) Final Year : 9:45 a.m.

B.Tech. (ECE) Final Year : 10:00 a.m.

Each Student should wear a Mask and Gloves. He/She should carry a Personal transparent water bottle and Personal small hand sanitizer (50 ml), tissue paper/handkerchief and Exam related documents as instructed (Admit Card, ID card, etc.)

Several Rules/Regulations and Norms of Social Distancing have been laid down by Govt. of Delhi/UGC & Statutory Bodies.

The various norms to be followed by the all Faculty and staff and are given in Annexure I.

Each one should read and follow the norms strictly.
