Subject:       Mid-Term Exams for 1st-Year B.Tech Students Admitted after Special Round and 2nd-Year B.Tech-Lateral Entry Students Admitted after Spot-I/Spot-II Rounds

This is to inform all students that the mid-term exams for 1st-year B.Tech students who joined or were admitted after Special Round of counselling and 2nd-year B.Tech-Lateral Entry students who joined or were admitted after Spot-I/ Spot-II round of counselling will be tentatively held during the first week of December 2023, in conjunction with the supplementary exams.

It is essential to note that classes for the aforementioned students will continue during the mid-term exams for other students, which are scheduled to take place from November 3 to November 9, 2023. This is to ensure that these students can catch up with the syllabus at the same pace as those who were admitted early.

Details regarding the schedule of special classes along with the list of such affected students will be made available on the students' notice board and the institute's website by November 2, 2023. Please stay updated and make necessary arrangements to attend these special classes to prepare for your mid-term exams.
